Every product comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. After initial inspection, if you are not satisfied with the quality, materials, or workmanship of the product, you may return it in unused condition in the original carton within 10 days for exchange or credit. A 15% restocking fee will apply. All returns must include the POMI-IL name, a copy of the packing list and a return authorization number (RA#). Please email customer service for the RA#. Customer service may be reached by using the contact us page. Please write the RA# on the outside of all cartons being returned. You are responsible for all freight charges.
 
Warranty Information
 
Many of the products come with a manufacturer warranty, but some products do not. Please check the details for each product on our website for warranty information. If there is no warranty information listed, the product does not carry a warranty. All warranty claims must include the POMI-IL name, a description of the claim and a return authorization number (RA#). Please email customer service for the RA#. After obtaining the RA#, please write the RA# on the outside of all cartons being returned. You are responsible for all freight charges. Except as set forth above, POMI-IL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND INFRINGEMENT.
