This terminal sells gift certificates: Insert cash to purchase gift certificates to apply towards products available at www.pomi-il.com. In conjunction with a gift certificate purchase, you will receive free entries in the POMI promotion for a chance to win prizes. You may reveal whether and what you won by playing any of the games or by touching the REVEAL INSTANT WINNERS button. All winnings can be redeemed in a voucher ticket or be used to purchase additional gift certificates with the associated free promotional entries. Press the PRINT TICKET button for these options. You may also enter the promotion without purchase. We’ll tell you how in the “How to Enter” section coming up.

Promotion Description: The promotion is designed to promote and advertise consumer products sold by POMI at www.pomi-il.com. No purchase, payment, entry fee or proof of purchase is required as a condition of entering the promotion or receiving a prize. A purchase will not improve the chances of winning. The promotion runs for a set period of time identified at www.pomi-il.com. POMI reserves the right to terminate, suspend or modify the promotion.
Eligibility: The promotion is only open to individuals who are eighteen years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law. The promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Employees of POMI and its affiliates are not eligible to win. The purchase of a product does not automatically enter the purchaser in the promotion.

How to Enter with Purchase of a Gift Certificate: Free promotional entries accompany the purchase of a gift certificate which may be applied toward the purchase of consumer products sold at www.pomi-il.com. Gift certificates cannot be used to pay for shipping and handling charges. You cannot purchase entries directly. The gift certificates may be dispensed by the promotional terminal or by an attendant from a point of sale terminal. Entries may also be obtained without a purchase as described on the next page. The promotion does not differentiate between entries received in connection with a purchase of a gift certificate and those received without a purchase.

How to Enter with No Purchase: You can receive free promotional entries via mail equivalent to a $1.00 gift certificate purchase with a limit of one mailed request per day. Multiple free entries may be necessary to be eligible for larger prizes which are available only at higher play levels. To receive your free entries, obtain a request code from the game screen by pressing the "Promotion Rules" button and then the "Display No Purchase Request Code" button. After viewing the code, follow these instructions to submit a request by mail: Hand write on paper the following information: (i) the request code; (ii) the location of the promotional terminal (name of the retail sponsor's establishment, city and state); and (iii) your name, age, street address, city, state, zip code and telephone number. You must mail the request to POMI, 3870 Peachtree Industrial Blvd., Suite 340 #214, Duluth, GA 30096. Each request must be mailed in its own separate outer envelope (one request code per envelope). The address on the envelope to POMI must be handwritten, and you may not use a postage meter or other mechanical device to affix the postage on the envelope.

How to Enter with No Purchase (continued): POMI will reimburse you for the cost of a first class postage stamp or give you a stamp for each request prepared and mailed to us as directed. Incomplete, incorrect, illegible, lost, misdirected or damaged requests for a free entry code are invalid. Please allow up to four weeks to receive your free entry code. To use the free entry code, you must return to the same promotional terminal from which you obtained the free entry request code. You must press the "Enter No Purchase Redeem Code" button on the screen and enter your free entry code on the pop-up key pad. Alternative Free Entry Method: To instantly receive one free entry, please press the "INSTANT FREE ENTRY" button on this terminal and provide the required information.

Prizes: Only cash and gift certificates are available as prizes (see each location for details). Not every entry will win a prize. You may instantly reveal your prize (if any), or play a fun game to see if you have won a prize. Each promotional terminal has several different games to play and each game may be played at various levels (i.e., groups of entries). The prizes for each level and the instant reveal option may be different. Please refer to the help screens in each game regarding the details of that game and the odds of prizes available in a fully loaded game.
Odds: The odds of winning will depend on the game selected and the level selected.
To Claim a Prize: Cash prizes must be redeemed at the retail location where the promotional terminal is located and must be redeemed before you leave the premises. All prize winnings are subject to verification. Prizes are not transferable and no substitution of prizes is permitted. Prizes awarded from malfunction are not valid. Any discrepancy regarding the authenticity of prize winnings shall be decided by the retail location and all of its decisions are final. The promotional entries have no cash value. Prize winners may be required to show proof of eligibility.

Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes applicable to claiming or using a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Changes to the Games: The sponsors may terminate or invalidate entries or prizes if misconduct or technical difficulties destroy, corrupt, impair or otherwise affect the integrity of the game.
Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, entrants by participating in the promotion agree that POMI and the retail location and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and shall be held harmless by entrants for any injury, damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes or participation in the promotion. To the extent permitted by law, entrants hereby waive all rights to claim indirect, special, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages other than for actual out-of-pocket costs to enter the promotion.

Responsible Play Enforcement (only on terminals where the feature is enabled). To promote responsible play, participants must be at least 18 years old, and gameplay is limited to one-hour sessions. When first inserting cash, the player must enter his or her birthday which is used to verify age and track the session time. At the end of a one-hour session, any remaining entries are automatically converted into winnings on a 1 entry = 1 penny basis, and all winnings are automatically sent to a cashable ticket. Cash inserted under the same birthdate after the one-hour session has expired is immediately refunded as a cashable ticket.
